Each season at St. Paul’s, children and youth find so many ways to engage in the broader life of this blessed community. Here are some examples:
SPRING
- Mardi Gras Fete: Live music and dancing, pancake dinner, crafts, and games… as we move into Lent
- The Wilderness of Lent
- Palm Sunday neighborhood procession
- Holy Week and the Great Vigil of Easter
- Easter Day: Festive Worship and Easter-egg hunt
- Creation Care Sunday – being good stewards of God’s good creation
SUMMER
- Outdoor Pentecost celebration
- Art & Soul week for ages 4-11
- Water & Soul week for ages 11-15
- All-Parish Picnic
AUTUMN
- Celebration of St. Francis of Assisi and Blessing of the Animals
- Advent wreath making
WINTER
- Helping to prepare meals for Winter Shelter
- Christmas Eve: “Las Posadas,” candlelight procession and family worship service
- Epiphany – welcoming the Wise Men
